Mystery, suspense
I am a huge fan of Kathy Reichs. The
show "Bones" on Fox is based on her books and life. Two Nights is a stand-alone book but
just as good as her Temperance Brennan series.
Two Nights
is about an ex-cop, Sunday Night. Still battling her childhood wounds, Sunnie
is recruited for a case looking for a missing girl. The girl was taken after
bombing that took the life of her mother and brother. Her rich grandmother
wants answers and justice. While investigating, Sunnie unearths an underground
domestic terrorist group. Her search makes her face some old demons from her
past.
I highly recommend this book to anyone
who enjoys suspense. This book will keep you on the edge of your seat as Sunnie
solves a case that is way more than just a missing person.
